I'm Harry. I build AI agents that ship and products people stay with. For 4+ years I've designed LLM pipelines, multi-agent systems and retrieval for teams that need them to work on real customers, not just in a demo.

I also hold a master's in marketing psychology. Most AI projects don't fail at the code. They fail when people stop trusting the output. So every system I design answers two questions: does it work, and will people keep using it?
